Charlotte was excellent! The right amount of concern and care, but she also made sure my daughter stuck to the task and put the effort in on her exercises. My daughter felt at ease and I wouldn't hesitate to use Charlotte again.

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy

I qualified in 2003 as a Chartered Physiotherapist at the University of Liverpool. I have 15 years experience working in the NHS and 6 years in Private Practice. I am also the 1st Team Physiotherapist at Frickley Athletic semi-professional football club.

Outside of work I have 3 young boys and in my spare time I play in a local pool and dominoes games league and enjoy the gym, yoga, Pilates and heading out into the countryside!

Went due to a bad shoulder and neck. Years of pain due to wear and tear as I work in health care. My physio Sarah was amazing and she managed to get out all of the painful knots. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Charlotte Frisby

Role: Physiotherapist

Qualification: BSc Physiotherapy

I currently treat both adult and paediatric patients. I started my career working in the NHS, within paediatrics, before moving to Sano. Outside of Sano, I work with a youths academy football club which I took on, after a season of being the first team physio of a semi-professional women’s football team.

After having issues after an injury in Feb with my hip, groin and thigh region and after suffering for months, in considerable pain and debilitation. I decided to visit Sano Physio and was put under the care of Charlotte, after only 6 sessions of seeing her, she has enabled me to get back to my regular routine, pain free. I cannot thank her enough for the care and attention with my rehabilitation with exercise and massage of the affected area, she has been an absolute god send and I would definitely recommend.
