Dominic joined the Yorkshire Physiotherapy Network in January 2017 after 2 years working in a private physiotherapy practice in London. He graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2013, and has just recently relocated to Leeds. Prior to working in private practice, Dominic has completed 2.5 years working across London within the NHS, specifically at the West Hertfordshire NHS Trust in addition to providing care as a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at the London North West Heathcare NHS Trust encompassing Central Middlesex and Northwick Park Hospital across a number of fields including rheumatology, orthopaedics and musculoskeletal outpatient’s treating a variety of patients from post surgical to acute and complex presentations.
Since moving into private physiotherapy sector, Dom has had the opportunity to treat a wider range of clients specifically with sporting athletes including England football team youth players, junior common wealth athletes across a variety of sports including karate, taekwondo and judo in addition to more recent rehabilitation of semi-professional triple jumpers, sprinters and triathletes.
Dominic has completed post graduate courses in pain management, sports taping including K-taping as well as being fully qualified in acupuncture.
Away from the clinics, Dominic enjoys his time playing football and tennis whilst also trekking and cycling in the Yorkshire dales and is soon hoping to begin training for triathlons in the near future.
